Yes. The recipes will be in English and Tagalog.
I have an injury so may not be able to do all types of exercise. Is this a problem?
No just let me know and I will provide you with alternatives.
Is there a group forum?
Yes you will be added to the WhatsApp group once you join.
What time should I get there?
5 to 10 minutes before class if you can but just join in if you are late
Do I need my own equipment?
No we supply kettle bells and TRX etc. See the “What do I need to bring? section for more details.
