After a comprehensive holistic discussion of your past and present health and fitness situation, we plan your future.
Each plan takes a different path and it is up to you! Do you want someone to come into your kitchen and “clean” it up? Someone to go shopping with? Someone to educate you on facts that maybe you already know?
Either way, we will design and implement an eating plan that works with your lifestyle longterm.

Our next two sessions involve capturing a snap shot of where you are now with a thorough fitness and movement assessment and report.
Over the following 8 weeks we address those areas that need more range of movement, mobility, strength and flexibility whilst working on the identified asymmetries of your body.
This, together with a personally designed, practical, longterm food plan we will reach your health and fitness goals (weather that be to lose weight, tone, feel energized or simply get fitter).
On the 8th week we redo the fitness and movement assessment and report and celebrate your success.
You are now equip to continue on your path of fitness and health either on your own, through a specifically designed program or continue one-on-one.
I offer bike hire and cycling in Hong Kong. A custom design package for individuals or groups for 2 hours to 7 days.
