Currently based in Singapore, I left the corporate world in Sydney, Australia to follow my passion. I love helping people transform their bodies and minds through fitness and nutrition.
I am a qualified personal trainer, yoga teacher and health coach through Primal Blueprint. With over 10 plus years experience and numerous qualifications in health, fitness and yoga, I look forward to making a difference in your life.
