We begin by asking for pictures and as much information as possible regarding your past training, nutrition, supplement intake, injury status, medication use, work and lifestyle stress level, training schedule possibilities, goals, etc. With this information your yearly periodization and training plan will be created.

First we meet for an initial consult to see if we can work together. ie am I the right fit for you and are you ready for real results?

After a comprehensive holistic discussion of your past and present health and fitness situation, we plan your future.

Each plan takes a different path and it is up to you! Do you want someone to come into your kitchen and “clean” it up? Someone to go shopping with? Someone to educate you on facts that maybe you already know?

Either way, we will design and implement an eating plan that works with your lifestyle longterm.

FITNESS TRAINING

First we meet for an initial consult to see if we can work together. ie am I the right fit for you and are you ready for real results?

After a comprehensive holistic discussion of your past and present health and fitness situation, we plan your future.

Our next two sessions involve capturing a snap shot of where you are now with a thorough fitness and movement assessment and report.

Over the following 8 weeks we address those areas that need more range of movement, mobility, strength and flexibility whilst working on the identified asymmetries of your body.

This, together with a personally designed, practical, longterm food plan we will reach your health and fitness goals (weather that be to lose weight, tone, feel energized or simply get fitter).

On the 8th week we redo the fitness and movement assessment and report and celebrate your success.

You are now equip to continue on your path of fitness and health either on your own, through a specifically designed program or continue one-on-one.

CYCLING TOURS

We offer Hong Kong bike rental and/or cycling tours (through Global Cycle Rides). A custom design package for individuals or groups for 2 hours to 7 days. Check out our selection of bikes and FAQs here.

  • For years I have read about the benefits that kettlebells would have on my strength and conditioning. This reading also came with the warnings of the potential injury if practiced without proper form. Not only was it difficult to find someone to train me, but as an introverted individual, I most often feel uncomfortable around new people. During my travel to Hong Kong, I was very fortunate to meet Ali. Ali created a nonthreatening, playful environment, while also providing a challenging routine that left me wishing I had met her sooner! Very attentive, Ali emphasized proper form and alignment which helped to boost my confidence with handling kettle bells. Now, as I continue to travel the world, I have no fear of grabbing the nearest kettle bell and getting a great workout!   • While visiting Hong Kong for a few days, I wanted to go on a bike ride and am so glad to have found Ali. She was the perfect guide and is incredibly knowledgeable about all the best roads, hill climbs, and coffee spots for local cyclists in Hong Kong and can tailor your ride to whatever kind of terrain you want to ride or areas you want to see. The rental bike itself - a high-end carbon road bike with Zipp wheels - was unbelievable and a joy to ride. Riding with Ali is a great way to stay fit, experience Hong Kong, and not to be missed!

  • I had been to HK many times and never thought that you could actually ride its hilly roads on a bike. Ali's tour was awesome - we climbed to the Peak in the mist, rode to the distant beaches and met many HK cyclists on the way...all friends of Ali so it was not only a physical experience but also a social experience on the HK roads. Next day i booked another tour...this time to test my legs on 'the Beast' and the climb to the Big Budha on Lantau Island...wow...what an amazing scenery and physical challenge in the heat! I would recommend to book a cycling tour with Ali any time you visit HK.

  • For 15 years I’ve tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle but, like most diets and healthy eating programs, it was hard to keep. Not only was it hard to change long term I was constantly tired, hungry, and unhappy from the guilt of not keeping my own goal.
